MINNEAPOLIS, Minnesota – June 15, 2001 – Digital North Inc. today announced that it has acquired
iPares' Webhosting Service. This acquisition provides Digital North with iPares’ entire webhosting
datacenter, software, clients, and other intellectual property. Financial terms of this transaction
were not released.
